The Homosassa River is a fresh water river on Florida's west coast. It is fed buy a constant supply of spring water from the Homosassa Springs. The river runs to the Gulf of Mexico and provides a heaven for many sport fish. During the winter the water temperature doesn't change very much so fish move into the river for protection just like the Manatees.

Fishing aboard the "Dream Catcher" with Florida River Tours can be a fun and exciting adventure. We place the emphasis on having fun and going at your pace. All the taxes, licenses, bait, equipment, soft drinks and water are included.

You can customize your trip for you and your family anyway you wish.
With each fishing trip there is a 45 minute ride to the Gulf of Mexico because of the Manatee Speed Zones in the river.
The price includes up to 2 persons fishing and 6 people total. We can accomodate 2 wheelchairs with lockdowns at a time.
